How do you get started?
Simple, really.. Head over to the login page where you can create your account. This creates an account on hiremeout.uk which can be used for bookings.

You then need to register for a Seller account. Once registered, ensure you are logged into the hiremeout.uk website and access .

What next?
Well, we cannot just let anyone simply register on hiremeout.uk without a 'vetting' process. This is to eliminate the risk to the customer's who will be booking on hiremeout.uk and hiring properties for their stay from the sellers on hiremeout.uk.

We will need to see some proof of ownership and, you will have already agreed to the terms and conditions when creating your account.

You only need to complete one of the following options:

Email Confirmation from the Site Office or Park Manager
You can email your park manager or site office and copy us at info@hiremeout.uk. Ask them to confirm that you own or manage the property. We’ve included a simple email template below to make this easy.

Photo or Video with Personalised Sign
Upload a clear photo or short video of the property with a handwritten sign that says:
"For hiremeout.uk – [Today’s Date]"
This helps us verify that the listing is real and recent, without needing any personal documents.
Upload a Site Fee Invoice or Confirmation Letter
You can upload a recent site fee invoice or a confirmation letter from your park showing your name and the location of the property. (Please feel free to blur out financial details if you wish.)
Link to an Existing Listing or Social Post
If you’ve already advertised this property on social media or another site (like a park Facebook group), you can share a link to that listing so we can cross-check it.
Email Address from the Park's Domain
If you have access to an official email address linked to the park (e.g., john@sunsetpark.co.uk), you can send us a message from that address to confirm ownership.
